• Seeking an experienced primary care physician for the role of Medical Director.
• 75% of time dedicated to direct patient care and 25% to leadership initiatives.
• Manage and mentor a team of physicians.
• Collaborate with health plan colleagues to reduce total cost of care.
• Provide medical guidance on evidence-based protocols.
• Engage in cross-functional meetings to align clinical practice with health plan strategies.
• Conduct virtual consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Take home call to address urgent health needs.
• Minimum of 3 years primary care experience required.
• MD or DO with active medical license needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of primary care experience, preferably in value-based care.
• Active MD or DO medical license.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting clinical data.
• Experience in population health management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
