In Short

• Play a key role in forecasting financial results and resource allocation.
• Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to create accurate financial models.
• Develop tools for budgeting and financial planning.
• Maintain pricing models in collaboration with Go To Market and Actuarial teams.
• Build the financial planning and analysis function as the company grows.
• Provide financial reporting and analysis to business teams.
• Create frameworks for prioritizing investments with senior leadership.
• Perform analyses for Board of Directors and investors.
• Investigate variances in financial plans and guide forecasts.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a startup environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree.
• 7-10 years of experience in healthcare and investment banking.
• Exceptional skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to see the big picture while managing details.
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex analyses.
• High energy, proactive problem solver.
• Experience in complex business environments.
