Overview

The Clinical Success Director will lead the delivery of an AI-powered platform aimed at improving clinical documentation and enhancing clinician experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a clinician (MD, DO, PA, NP).
• Experience with Epic and clinical documentation workflows.
• Passion for problem-solving and creating opportunities for clinicians.
• Proven track record of leading successful initiatives.
• Strong relationship-building skills across organizational levels.
• Understanding of healthcare industry workflows and regulations.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
