GTM Sourcer - Remote

Overview

Join Abridge as a GTM Sourcer and help us build world-class Go-to-Market and G&A teams. This role focuses on the front-end of the recruiting process, specializing in finding qualified candidates for sales, customer success, finance, marketing, and other positions.

In Short

• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn to identify potential candidates.
• Research and build talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Craft personalized outreach messages that resonate with the target audience.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to assess candidate interest and background.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates.
• Partner with GTM Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS.
• Provide regular updates on sourcing metrics and pipeline status.
• Stay current on technical trends and competitive landscape.
• Identify new sourcing channels to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Understanding of technical roles and common programming languages.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
