Overview

Talent Acquisition at Vector is responsible for finding exceptional talent, enabling our growth and ensuring ongoing success of our people. We’re in early stages of building out our Talent team, so we have an exciting role for someone who is motivated to jumpstart their career in technical recruiting!

In Short

• Research candidate markets and build engaging communication outreach.
• Develop qualified pipelines of talent for various positions.
• Monitor and cultivate candidate pipelines.
• Ensure great candidate experience regardless of outcome.
• Drive the entire recruiting cycle from opening a role to closing candidates.
• Work directly with hiring managers to define roles and candidate profiles.
• Create compelling role descriptions and conduct initial recruiter screens.
• Continuously improve KPIs and funnel conversion metrics.
• Engage with candidates to influence them about open roles.
• Build authentic, professional relationships with candidates.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a prospecting or quota-based role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Great at building authentic, professional relationships.
• Conscientious and diligent about results.
• Experience with a CRM or applicant tracking system is a plus.
