Decagon is looking to hire a Sales Sourcer to help build and scale our go-to-market (GTM) teams, responsible for sourcing and engaging top-tier talent across roles such as Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives.

In Short

3+ years of experience sourcing GTM talent in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to build high-quality pipelines using outbound sourcing strategies.
Data-driven and results-oriented, using metrics to track effectiveness.
Ability to source and screen 20+ candidates weekly.
Deep knowledge of the GTM talent landscape is a plus.
Duration: 3 months with opportunity for extension.
Start Date: ASAP.
Work Schedule: 40 hrs per week.
Location: Remote.
Hourly rate: $50 - $70 USD.
