Overview

The Talent Sourcer at Maker Lab will be instrumental in supporting the hiring processes across APAC, focusing on building a strong talent pipeline and enhancing the candidate experience.

• 4+ years of experience in talent sourcing required.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Candidate Sourcer/Researcher.
• Proven network of marketing and creative talents in APAC.
• Experience sourcing for the region or globally is desirable.
• Dedicated to ensuring a positive talent experience.
• Strong ownership and pride in performance.
• Positive mindset with excellent consulting skills.
• Exceptional relationship building abilities.
• Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional English communication skills; fluency in another Asian language is a plus.
