Overview

As our business grows and reaches new heights, we are looking for an HR Manager at Maker Lab. You’ll create and manage our employee relations-focused processes and structures while working with the rest of the Operations, Talent & HR teams.

In Short

• Partner with operations, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Handle all aspects of HR duties and queries.
• Ensure a positive employee experience through all journeys.
• Manage HR Analytics and reporting.
• Establish and maintain internal HR processes.
• Own and manage all talent lifecycle aspects.
• Assist with employee-related applications.
• Ensure legal compliance with HR regulations.
• Provide adhoc support across HR and Operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist.
• Experience in setting up and communicating processes.
• Strong HRIS knowledge and implementation skills.
• Understanding of HR operational practices in APAC.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ownership and pride in performance.
• Hyper-organized and proactive in problem-solving.
• Exceptional verbal and written English skills.
