HR Manager - Remote

Overview

As our business grows and reaches new heights, we are looking for an HR Manager at Maker Lab. You’ll create and manage our employee relations-focused processes and structures while working with the rest of the Operations, Talent & HR teams.

In Short

• Partner with operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business/Finance Ops teams.
• Handle general HR-related queries.
• Ensure a positive talent and employee experience.
• Manage HR Analytics and reporting.
• Establish and maintain internal HR processes and policy portals.
• Manage all talent aspects of the talent lifecycle.
• Assist with employee-related applications.
• Ensure legal compliance with government requirements.
• Provide adhoc support across Operations, HR, and Talent matters.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR/Talent/People Ops Specialist.
• Experience in setting up and communicating processes and SOPs.
• Strong HRIS knowledge and implementation experience.
• Knowledge of HR operational practices and regulations across APAC.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ownership and pride in performance.
• Highly organized and proactive in problem-solving.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
