Overview

Landmark Ventures is seeking a people-oriented, growth-minded HR Manager to play a key role in shaping a positive, inclusive, and high-performing employee experience across the organization. This role manages all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance, while also supporting special projects, culture initiatives, and organizational growth. The HR Manager partners closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to build thoughtful people processes that strengthen retention, professional development, and organizational effectiveness.

In Short

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for all roles across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and develop interview processes.
• Coordinate with external recruiters and oversee candidate experience.
• Refine and implement HR policies and systems.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources, including 2+ years in a manager-level role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms, preferably Lattice and BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Collaboration and teamwork skills.
