Landmark Ventures is seeking a Client Operations Manager to join our dynamic business development team. As a Client Operations Manager, you would be responsible for client success by overseeing day-to-day communications and activities with each engagement, managing deal visibility, and driving opportunity sales motion.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing pipeline progress.
• Lead onboarding process for new clients.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sales or client operations.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Sales and IT/Cybersecurity landscape.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
