Join Our Team as HR Manager! As HR Manager at WeMove Europe, you will work in an international values-based campaigning organization that seeks to build people power to transform Europe on critical issues.

In Short

• Remote position available anywhere in the European Union.
• Work with a team of 25 staff members distributed across Europe.
• Handle staff contracts and manage payroll.
• Maintain and develop the HR portal (Personio).
• Oversee recruitment and on/offboarding processes.
• Provide HR analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration and social justice.
• Full-time permanent contract with a 6-month probation period.
• 30 vacation days annually.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in HR and payroll management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and diligence.
• Experience with online tools; Personio experience is a plus.
• Comfortable in remote multilingual and multicultural environments.
• Fluent in English at a professional level.
