Overview

We are looking for a kind, organized, and smart HR Manager who can help our team grow and work happily. You will not handle recruiting because we already have a recruiter. Your job is to take care of our people, help with onboarding, fix HR problems, and make our company run smooth.

In Short

• Welcome new hires and guide them during onboarding.
• Make training plans with each department.
• Keep all employee files neat and updated.
• Help with attendance, policies, and HR systems.
• Support employees when they have questions or problems.
• Help managers with performance, KPIs, and scorecards.
• Make sure we follow company policies and labor rules.
• Work with leaders to make our culture better.

Requirements

• HR or people-management experience.
• Very organized and good at talking to people.
• Knows how to solve problems calmly and fairly.
• Good English writing and speaking.
• Can work full-time, long-term, and handle confidential info.
