Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter.
• Familiarity with U.S. GTM and tech sales roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools.
• Equipment (computer, headset) and strong internet connection.
• Ability to work US working hours preferred.
