Remote BDR Manager

Overview

We are seeking an ambitious BDR Manager to join our client's growing sales team in a fully remote, fast-paced startup environment, collaborating with a talented, passionate sales team that is shaping the future of data privacy and AI.

In Short

• Build and scale a newly created Remote BDR team from scratch.
• Provide hands-on coaching to BDRs and foster a high-performance culture.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
• Meet and exceed sales targets for setting qualified meetings.
• Implement new scalable sales processes for enterprise cybersecurity/data privacy sales.
• Utilize CRM and sales tools to track performance and manage the pipeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience as a BDR Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas targeting Upper Mid-Market/Enterprise.
• Expert-level proficiency in cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Experience with CRM and sales software (HubSpot, SalesNav, etc.).
• Knowledge of Data Privacy, Data Security, GDPR, and CCPA is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Ability to work ET hours (till 4 pm).
