Remote Project Manager (ADU Construction)

Overview

As a Remote Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of transforming families' lives by helping them create beautiful, functional living spaces. You'll coordinate multiple ADU construction projects from start to finish, serving as the vital connection between clients realizing their dreams, skilled subcontractors, and our client's award-winning team.

In Short

• Negotiate with clients and subcontractors on additional payments and change orders.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders through Zoom, email, and chat platforms.
• Manage project documentation including contracts and estimates.
• Translate construction information clearly between technical teams and clients.
• Facilitate cross-cultural communication between English-speaking clients and Russian-speaking team members.
• Maintain professionalism when managing challenging client situations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of project or operations ownership experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate schedules.
• Proficiency in English (C1) and fluency in Russian or other Slavic languages.
• Understanding of budgeting and cost control.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with modern project management software.
