Overview

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager that is able to manage new commercial building and turn key building construction projects. Our client is a well established organization that is growing and looking to add an additional team member.

• Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) scopes.
• Handle Submittals and Permitting Procedures.
• Manage Sub-Contractors effectively.
• Act as the main point of contact with customers.
• Procore experience is preferred.
