Remote Brand Manager

Overview

Dental Care Alliance is seeking a dynamic Remote Brand Manager for the Northeast Division. This Brand Manager is to join our team to drive new patient acquisition and customer retention strategies.

We are passionate about what we do and the difference our dentists make in our communities. Our brand managers work closely with office managers and regional business partners to identify marketing opportunities and develop traditional media, digital marketing, social media marketing, and community-based initiatives to reach new patients.

In Short

• Implement marketing plans and monitor performance.
• Develop creative briefs and collaborate with digital and content teams.
• Promote new initiatives to office managers.
• Review reports and provide updates and optimization suggestions.
• Serve as frontline support for office managers.
• Conduct in-person office visits.
• Create campaigns and design emails and social media content.
• Assess campaign effectiveness and return on advertising spend.
• Engage with vendor partners for optimization opportunities.
• Maintain a positive attitude while collaborating with teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, project management, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of marketing and advertising experience.
• Dental specialty knowledge preferred but not required.
• Strong writing skills for compelling marketing messaging.
• General understanding of KPIs and analytical decision making.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Comfortable offering opinions and new ideas.
• Positive attitude when working with others.
