• Develop tailored sourcing strategies for each vacancy.

• Conduct initial video calls and deliver high-level presentations about the company.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to achieve common goals.
• Analyze labor market trends and explore new candidate sources across different countries.
• Continuously learn and improve your sourcing and IT recruitment skills.

Requirements

• A graduate or a final-year student.
• A confident PC user (Word, Excel).
• Someone with English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Someone with a basic understanding of the IT market and roles.
• Someone with experience or knowledge in sourcing (courses are welcome too).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
• Proactive — if we haven’t thought of a solution yet, you already have one!
• Friendly and open to new knowledge.
