Sequoia Connect is seeking a full-scale IT Talent Sourcer to support the growth of our Global IT headhunting teams by partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top candidates.

• Demonstrate creative sourcing skills to engage top IT talent across North America and LATAM.
• Develop strategic sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
• Manage social media channels to drive engagement.
• Pre-screen candidates and collaborate with HR and hiring managers.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools for talent acquisition.
• Organize online events and promote company content.
• Work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience in sourcing for a Recruitment Agency or RPO.
• Strong sales and marketing mindset.

• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
