• We’re hiring a contract Sales Sourcer to support our growing GTM talent function.
• This role is for a 6 month contract.
• Partner with GTM Recruiters to source sales candidates.
• Take responsibility for the volume of qualified candidates.
• Learn the Dandy talent bar for identifying candidates.
• Bring a data-centric approach to sourcing.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies.
• Provide a strategic approach to sourcing diverse talent.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a sourcer in a high-growth tech company.
• Proven record of recruiting top sales talent.
• Ability to attract passive candidates.
• Ability to learn and apply talent standards.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity quickly.
• Attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative sourcing techniques and data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
