Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Expert-level experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media tools.
