The Clinical Success Director will play a key role in enhancing the user experience of an AI-powered platform for clinicians, focusing on improving clinical documentation and supporting clinician adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a clinician (MD, DO, PA, NP).
• Experience with Epic and clinical documentation workflows.
• Proven problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Ability to build relationships across organizational levels.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations.
• Experience in fast-paced, startup environments.
