Overview

The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for representing the SkinMedica, DiamondGlow and Latisse brands and promote the product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers within a designated geographical area. The focus will be on direct selling of products and executing pull through programs/events to patients.

In Short

  • Responsible for promoting SkinMedica, DiamondGlow, and Latisse brands.
  • Direct selling of physician-dispensed skincare and skin resurfacing systems.
  • Utilize and manage resources for effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve sales quotas through consultative selling.
  • Build relationships with customers and educate them on products.
  • Manage field assets and resources effectively.
  • Execute marketing plans and assess territory metrics.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and integrity.
  • Collaborate with various teams within the company.
  • Travel as required and manage customer accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience required, preferably in B2B2C.
  • Aesthetics sales background is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills and strong business acumen.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to travel and lift 50 lbs.
  • Experience in financial/budgetary management.
  • Proven selling skills and ability to educate customers.
