The Specialty Representative for Psychiatry will focus on executing brand strategy in the field, managing sales performance, and building strong customer relationships to maximize sales while adhering to AbbVie’s business conduct and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience required.
• Strong business acumen and presentation skills.
• Proven sales performance in therapeutic areas preferred.
• Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer behavior.
• Possess in-depth scientific and competitive knowledge.
• English language proficiency required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug screening.
• Meet healthcare industry credentialing requirements.
