Account Consultant, Retina - Remote

Overview

The Account Consultant, Retina is responsible for promoting AbbVie products in community/private practices and hospitals, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering clinical training.

In Short

• Promote products to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Identify customer needs and address them with AbbVie resources.
• Deliver anatomical and procedural training.
• Provide education for residents and hospital personnel.
• Collaborate with Account Specialists for product promotion.
• Comply with company policies and manage field assets.
• Utilize sales and data resources effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of technical experience, with 3 years in sales preferred.
• Strong sales performance history in clinical/technical roles.
• Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy products preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet health requirements.
• Ability to manage complex sales and communicate effectively.
• Ability to travel adequately and attend training events.
