Account Consultant, Retina - Remote

Overview

The Account Consultant for Retina will promote AbbVie's products to meet and exceed sales goals in various healthcare settings, providing education and training on clinical and anatomical information.

In Short

• Promote a product to meet/exceed sales goals in community/private practices and hospitals.
• Identify customer needs and address them with AbbVie resources.
• Deliver anatomical/procedural information and training effectively.
• Provide clinical/injection training for healthcare personnel.
• Collaborate with Account Specialists to promote products.
• Comply with all company policies and manage field assets.
• Utilize sales and data resources to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
• At least five years of technical experience, three years in sales preferred.
• Strong sales performance history in a clinical/technical/consultative role.
• Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy products preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Ability to learn and communicate complex information quickly.
• Ability to travel adequately to cover territory.
