Account Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Account Consultant at NTT DATA is responsible for managing existing accounts and driving sales of high bandwidth IP transit services while ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.

In Short

• Manage assigned existing accounts.
• Develop account management and marketing plans.
• Track and report ongoing activity relative to sales plans.
• Identify competitive pricing solutions.
• Assist with new product rollouts and presentations.
• Maintain customer retention for assigned accounts.
• Work in a hybrid model, on-site 3 times a week.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of telecommunications or high tech sales experience.
• Proven success in managing accounts in a high tech field.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with mutual respect for co-workers.
