Overview

The Specialty Representative for Eye Care will be responsible for delivering sales performance while building trusted relationships with healthcare providers. This role requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the ability to effectively communicate AbbVie’s value proposition to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic areas and competitive landscape.
• Proven sales success and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate in a matrix environment.
• Proficient in business tools and strategic thinking.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Ability to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements.
