Overview

The Senior Manager is responsible for leading, inspiring, and developing a high energy team of Oncology Account Executives while serving as an executive liaison between AbbVie and designated healthcare institutions to handle the overall oncology business relationship.

Requirements

  • Five years of direct pharmaceutical experience.
  • Sales management experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Excellent prioritization and organization skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies to enhance sales.
  • Must meet healthcare industry rep credentialing requirements.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
  • 1 year of leading Account Managers or sales representatives preferred.
  • Live within proximity of the team’s geographic area.
