In Short

  • Manage the sale of Five9 products and services through named national (potentially global) partners.
  • Drive a business plan that allows us to scale our services and develop a robust partner ecosystem.
  • Develop an enablement strategy to attract, develop and maintain relationships with distributors and resellers.
  • Drive global sales results and pipeline development within key partners.
  • Identify and expand critical relationships within named partners.
  • Help expand the partner community within the Americas.
  • Develop and execute plans promoting partner corporations branding.
  • Align closely with Five9 Sales to represent the interests of assigned partners.
  • Develop Partner Training and Enablement program.
  • Structure and negotiate partnership agreements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software sales or business development.
  • Proven experience in building exponential growth.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
