Overview

The Regional Sales Trainer (RST) is a dedicated in-field training role that supports the rheumatology line in the design and delivery of training solutions to a regional sales organization. This role is critical in ensuring the sales organization has the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively sell products and achieve sales targets.

In Short

  • Provide regional/national training, coaching, and support for sales representatives.
  • Conduct field visits to provide feedback and coaching.
  • Develop training and marketing communication plans.
  • Design and deliver compliant advanced learning solutions.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback to sales management on training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales and training management to identify training needs.
  • Travel up to 60% of the time.
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable regulations and standards.
  • Engage and motivate learners through effective training techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales success drivers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop partnerships and align training with business strategy.
