The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) at Tempus is responsible for leading a sales team to exceed sales goals in the field of cancer genomics, focusing on the development and execution of business plans in Kentucky and Tennessee.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant industry.
  • Deep knowledge of the Diagnostic Services industry.
  • Experience in complex selling environments.
  • Strong recruiting and management skills.
  • Ability to develop cross-functional relationships.
  • Comfortable selling at the executive level.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
