Overview

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) at Tempus is responsible for leading a Regional Sales Team and exceeding sales goals across the company's product portfolio in the oncology genomics field.

In Short

  • Frequent travel (~50%) required within the territory.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant sales management role.
  • Deep knowledge of the Diagnostic Services industry.
  • Experience in selling oncology-based tests and services.
  • Strong leadership skills in recruiting and developing talent.
  • Ability to develop cross-functional relationships.
  • Proficiency in consultative selling and overcoming objections.
  • Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.com.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Understanding of financial dynamics in a commercial organization.
