Overview

The Regional Sales Trainer (RST) is a dedicated in-field training role that supports a Brand or Franchise in the design and delivery of training solutions to a regional sales organization. An RST will be responsible for providing regional / national training, coaching, and support. This encompasses the combination of field travel, coaching reports, live training, sales meetings, and virtual sessions. This will ensure the sales organization has the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively sell products, in turn achieving sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of field sales experience in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
  • Strong sales track record and understanding of commercial success.
  • Ability to develop partnerships and align training with strategy.
  • Proven ability to integrate business trends into training plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
