National Field Trainer - Rheumatology - Remote

Overview

The National Field Trainer (NFT) supports the Rheumatology franchise organization in the design and delivery of training solutions to a field sales organization. This role is accountable to quickly build relationships with key stakeholders and manage several stakeholders at various levels.

• Designs, develops, and delivers compliant learning solutions.
• Builds trust and credibility with key stakeholders.
• Leverages existing Learning & Development core platforms.
• Provides candid feedback to training participants.
• Recognizes the skill level of training participants.
• Develops Rotational Trainers and/or Guest Trainers.
• Integrates training activities into brand team business plans.
• Recognized as a product and disease-state expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products.
• Project management experience.
• High performing sales track record.
• Ability to develop partnerships and align training with business strategy.
• Proven ability to integrate business trends into plans.
• Preferred: Rotational Trainer or District Sales Trainer experience.
