Manager, National Field Training - Remote

Overview

The National Training Manager (NTM) supports the Associate Training Director in the design and delivery of training solutions for customer-facing account managers, ensuring effective representation of Training & Development and Brand Strategy.

• Designs and delivers compliant learning solutions.

• Assists in the execution of training workshops for National Sales Meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 1+ years of training experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of regulations affecting pharmaceutical products.
• Proven ability to work with various management levels.
• Experience leading complex projects in a home office environment.
• Strong understanding of commercial success drivers.
• Ability to integrate business trends into strategic plans.
• High performing track record.
• Preferred: High Performing National Sales Trainer / District Manager.
