Overview

The Manager, Field Training for the Neuroscience Parkinson's Franchise will be instrumental in developing and leading training initiatives to support the commercial organization. This role requires a candidate with strong clinical aptitude and executive presence, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and time-sensitive deadlines.

• Develop and implement training programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• BA degree required; master's degree a plus.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
• Experience in training or marketing within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Knowledge of relevant disease states.
• Exceptional collaboration skills across organizational levels.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a cross-functional environment.
• Strategic insight to prioritize initiatives effectively.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles preferred.
• High professionalism in unstructured settings.
