National Field Trainer, Migraine - Remote

Overview

The National Field Trainer, Migraine, is responsible for facilitating training programs across all phases of training, and developing, maintaining, and implementing training content and programs.

In Short

• Facilitate Migraine training classes in live and virtual environments.
• Mentor and coach new sales representatives.
• Design and implement training programs and workshops.
• Partner with key stakeholders to ensure training content is relevant.
• Manage training materials through compliance processes.
• Assess training needs of the sales force.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong clinical expertise in Migraine preferred.
• Experience in presenting and facilitating to groups.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
• Project management experience.
• Top performance in current role required.
• Ability to work with various levels of management.
• Proven ability to integrate business trends into plans.
• Preferred: Trainer experience.
