Manager, Category Management - Commercial - Remote

Overview

The Category Manager, Commercial (Patient Services) leads implementation of category procurement strategy, developed in partnership with Category Directors and VP-level business stakeholders. This role oversees the execution of the end-to-end procurement process, managing a team of Specialists to ensure excellence in all activities and compliance to policy.

• Partner with Director/VP-level stakeholders to develop procurement strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Experience managing teams in a procurement function.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Expertise in category management and market analysis.
• Adept in negotiation and complex project implementation.
• Strong collaborative supplier relationship management skills.
• Innovative problem-solving skills and effective communication.
