Overview

The E-commerce Category Manager will define and implement a comprehensive category strategy for the online pet platform, focusing on key commercial dimensions and collaboration with various teams to enhance the business performance.

In Short

• Define a holistic annual category strategy across key commercial dimensions.
• Collaborate with Country/Cluster Head to align category strategy with broader goals.
• Work with central teams to influence marketing and promotional strategies.
• Analyze business KPIs and plan corrective actions as necessary.
• Adjust local prices on brand/product level based on recommendations.
• Create and manage a full-year promotional plan.
• Monitor campaign performance and budget spend.
• Run promotions based on business needs.
• Contribute to product sorting and recommendations for up-selling.
• Collaborate with Graphics and Shop Ops teams for category banners.

Requirements

• Experience in FMCG/eCommerce, preferably in the pet sector.
• Strong commercial and technical skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and market requirements.
• Proficiency in English and native Polish.
• Results-focused approach with strong analytical skills.
