Overview

The Senior Business Process Owner is responsible for optimizing and modernizing operational workflows within the title insurance lifecycle, applying a data-driven approach to improve processes and drive scalable solutions.

In Short

  • Own and evolve critical process domains within the title insurance lifecycle.
  • Partner with teams to streamline workflows across the transactional lifecycle.
  • Translate operational needs into scalable, digital-first solutions.
  • Leverage production data to diagnose issues and refine processes.
  • Develop and maintain standardized process documentation.
  • Embed compliance and regulatory requirements into process design.
  • Act as a decision-maker for process design standards.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment to drive adoption of workflows.
  • 8+ years of experience in process transformation initiatives.
  • Proficiency with process mapping and data tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience in process analysis and improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with title production systems.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Digital mindset with adaptability to change.
  • Experience in title insurance and escrow industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
  • Experience in design and enhancement of title production systems.
