Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of title underwriting experience.
• Strong knowledge of real estate law.
• Deep understanding of title insurance processes.
• Proven ability to underwrite real estate transactions.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
