• Enrollment in or completion of CIP and/or FCIP.
• Comfort with change and promoting operational improvements.
• Proven customer service experience with broker partners.
• Strong underwriting, decision making, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
