The Senior Business Process Engineer leads and facilitates process improvement initiatives across various functional units, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and optimizing business processes.

Requirements

• Preferred: Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• Strong skills in Visio, budgeting, and facilitation.
• Knowledge of Business Process Engineering standards.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and recommendations.
• Preferred certifications: Six Sigma Black or Green Belt, PMP.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use statistical assessment for process optimization.
