Senior Business Process Analyst - Remote

We’re looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to drive operational excellence and scalability across Omada’s rapidly evolving business. This role will play a critical part in designing and improving the processes that enable seamless member experiences, efficient go-to-market workflows, and measurable results.

In Short

• Identify, analyze, and optimize cross-functional workflows to improve customer operations.
• Collaborate with leaders across various departments to enhance member and client service.
• Map and evaluate workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
• Define key process metrics and build dashboards to monitor performance.
• Conduct root cause analyses and deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with teams to pilot and sustain process improvements.
• Create and maintain process documentation and training materials.
• Ensure processes align with clinical quality and regulatory compliance standards.
• Lead cross-functional change management efforts.
• Drive initiatives to improve member experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence.
• Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools.
• Experience with go-to-market systems like CRM and marketing automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Experience in a hybrid clinical-technology setting is a plus.
