Overview

The IT Business Process Owner will represent business needs from an IT perspective, ensuring that tool designs align with business vision and processes while leading the assigned IT Process Area.

• Build and validate requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
• Prepare eLearning materials and support change management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business process management.
• Proven leadership experience in IT process areas.
• Strong expertise in requirement gathering and validation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
