Contracts Manager III - Remote

Overview

As Contracts Manager III at 6sense, you will be an integral part of the legal team, in our fast-paced and high-growth organization with terrific customers and a creative, dedicated, fun and talented team.

In Short

• Assist with customer agreements and work closely with the sales team.
• Review and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, and other related contracts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Privacy, IT, Finance, and Product teams.
• Support implementation of CLM tools to drive efficiency.
• Provide clear and concise legal advice.
• Ensure compliance with privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA.
• Maintain and update company legal templates.
• Participate in relevant organizations to stay updated.
• Support legal department management.
• Work in a dynamic, SaaS-based marketing and analytics company.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in contracts management.
• Understanding of commercial and contract law fundamentals.
• Experience with CLM tools is a plus.
• A law degree is a plus but not required.
• Ability to establish collaborative working relationships.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities.
