The Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in managing high-profile customer relationships and ensuring the success of 6sense’s predictive sales and marketing platform.

  • Contribute to the growth of the customer success team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
  • 3+ years in Strategic or Enterprise Customer Success.
  • Experience with global Enterprise customers.
  • Strong negotiation skills for renewals and upsells.
  • Familiarity with marketing tech stack.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • BA/BS required; Master’s preferred.
  • Ability to travel (~30%).
  • Experience with BI and CRM platforms.
  • Domain expertise in relevant industries preferred.
