Overview

We are looking for a new Head of Self-Service Business (Team Plan) to join our team and take this exciting, entrepreneurial business line to the next level. The Team plan is our most flexible plan, designed for clients of 5 to 100 users. Launched in 2019, it serves over 800 clients in all of our geographies: US, UK, FR and Germany.

In Short

  • Lead the Team Plan business line and drive its growth.
  • Handle operational topics and customer requests.
  • Deliver product demos to prospects and clients.
  • Define strategy and build a roadmap for the business line.
  • Optimize the full funnel for product-led growth.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
  • Report to the Director of Operations.
  • Join a large and international team.
  • Accountable for scaling the business line.
  • Act as the CEO of your division.

Requirements

  • Experience in business strategy and product-led growth.
  • Strong operational and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing.
  • Leadership experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize business processes.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
